Our Philosophy

Next to providing a bright, safe place in which your child(s) physical well-being is cared for , the important part of our job is to create an environment of unconditional love and support, so that the children may fully participate in the many learning possibilities we provide and may develop independence and confidence in themselves.

This special context is established through consistent positive and respectful interaction with the children by all our staff.  

The reason we devote such an emphasis on the environment we create for the children at I Care is that it has been well established by psychologists and other social scientists that a child’s self worth, self-respect, and self-image are established very early in life, primarily through interaction with family, teachers and others who take care of them.  We think, what we do and how we do it is very important.
